Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all staff, visitors, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and maintain a focus on customer experience.
* Respond effectively to changing priorities and fast-paced situations.
* Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site.
* Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems.
* Conduct regular internal and external patrols and perform related duties.
* Maintain accurate logbooks and records, ensuring all paperwork is completed promptly, and carry out thorough handover procedures.
* Report any faults, health and safety hazards, or unsafe working practices to management.
* Manage keys and carry out locking and unlocking duties as specified in the Assignment Instructions.
* Ensure equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is used in line with the Assignment Instructions.
* Provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors while ensuring the safeguarding of the premises.
* Undertake any other tasks as directed by Management.
Minimum Requirements:
* SIA licence
* CCTV licence (desirable, but not essential as the right training will be given)
* 1+ year security experience
* Right to work in the UK
* 5-year checkable history
* Access to vehicle/good transport links
* Ability to get to the site on time
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team
