Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our front-of-house team at our prestigious High Wycombe site as a Customer Experience Advisor.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our High Wycombe location, providing personalized support to our customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and face-to-face. You’ll ensure that each customer feels valued and confident, knowing their vehicle is in expert hands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the complete customer experience journey, including managing complaints and resolutions.
2. Handling bookings, coordinating vehicle collections, and arranging returns.
3. Delivering a fast, efficient service to insurers and customers alike.
4. Maintaining organized and accurate customer files, building rapport along the way.
5. Updating systems and customer portals to ensure accurate records.
6. Handling inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries.
7. Meeting individual and team targets, with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
8. Assisting with vehicle movement on the forecourt as needed.
Working Hours:
1. 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
2. One in every three Saturdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
About You
We’re seeking a Customer Experience Advisor with prior customer service experience, ideally with some familiarity in the automotive repair industry.
Key Skills and Attributes:
1. Outstanding communication skills, both in person and through phone and email.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Proficiency in administration and experience with systems like MS Office.
4. A team player who can also work independently to meet targets.
5. Good local knowledge for coordinating transport and logistics.
