Customer Service Administrator - Bournemouth - Up to £30k

We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role will involve supporting distributors, managing customer inquiries, and assisting internal teams with key administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
Manage all administrative tasks related to customer service.
Ensure accurate entry and timely follow-up of incoming orders.
Prepare and track KPI metrics.
Assist with HMRC compliance.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Support Sales Teams with new inquiries and sales leads.
Work with Quality Control on returns and quality issues.
Handle invoicing for shipped goods and credit notes for returns.
Create quotations for new inquiries and sales leads.
Resolve technical queries by liaising with relevant departments.
Coordinate special shipping and delivery instructions with the Shipping team.
Maintain ERP records and assist with annual pricing reviews.
What We're Looking For:
A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Navision.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
