We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are looking for full-time work to start as soon as possible.

Information on the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be directed by the Class Teacher to support the children on a 1:1 or small group basis. You will work alongside other SEN Teaching Assistants, so teamwork and communication are essential skills. Class sizes will be small, ranging from approximately 4-8 children. The day will focus on life skills as well as some appropriately targeted academic content. There will be additional therapies to meet the children's Education Health and Care Plans, and you may be given instruction and asked to assist with the delivery of these. Some schools may ask you to assist with personal care.

* Speech, Language and Communication needs
* Autism
* Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties
* Specific Learning Difficulties
* Social Emotional Mental Health
* Physical Disabilities
* PRU settings
Requirements of the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
* Experience working with children or adults with SEN needs (desirable not essential)
* Team player
* Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
Summary of the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
* Monday-Friday
* 8:30am-3:30pm
* Term-time only
* 5 hours per week
* Tonbridge, Kent but ability to travel is advantageous
* £85-£100 per day dependent on experience and qualifications
