We have an opening in our Ipswich store for an experienced and highly enthusiastic Sales Adviser to join our Furniture sales team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to achieve sales targets and have:
1. An impressive track record within a sales environment with the ability to maximise personal sales and meet individual targets.
2. The ability to maximise in-store promotions.
3. A flair for engaging with customers.
4. The ability to offer advice and assistance to ensure the customer enjoys their entire Glasswells shopping experience.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
1. Greeting and assisting customers in store.
2. Answering and following up on instore, phone and website enquiries.
3. Preparing quotations.
4. Taking orders in person and over the phone.
5. Maximising add-on sales.
6. Using the company sales programme to process and progress orders. Full training will be given on our company systems and procedures.
7. Maintaining showroom standards, keeping the department tidy and appealing.
