Our Customer Service team is essential to the smooth running of our business. About the role We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission. On the Job you will: Act as first point of contact for Fairhive to ensure customers receive a courteous, approachable, helpful and professional service Contact residents and support them to fill out resident census documents to ensure we hold up to date, accurate information about them Handle all customer enquiries and transactions effectively and accurately, sending our correspondence, updating records, liaising with other parties, and any other general administration function as may be required for the efficient delivery of the service Ensure the highest levels of customer service are practiced, including recording complaints and service failures Adhere to our policies and procedures About You We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
