Warranty/Service Advisor
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 + £2k Annual KPI Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday (2-week rotating shifts), 1 in 3 Saturdays (half day)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee service, warranty, and PFL invoice processes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies.
2. Process service, warranty, and PFL job cards to maximize profitability while adhering to guidelines.
3. Liaise with technicians, customers, and the manufacturer to guarantee seamless claim processing.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a warranty or service advisor role, ideally in the automotive or commercial sector.
2. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative processes efficiently.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
