Brand new role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation in the fintech industry. Supporting a global team of 24 and working closely with the co-founders, this role offers a mix of consistent and ad hoc responsibilities, providing the chance to make a real impact in a collaborative environment. The role involves a blend of team and personal support to the founder (approximately 80/20 split) and is based primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week. The environment is fun, sociable, and young, with regular team activities and a supportive, collaborative culture. Key responsibilities will include: Team Support: Plan and organise team socials, client events, and ad hoc projects Assist the Sales team with research and documentation Manage expenses and accounts, including coordinating Deliveroo and other team resources Create and update presentations and manage client billing information Coordinate new joiner onboarding and organise team travel arrangements Handle client communications, including holiday messages and Christmas gifts /cards organisation Website updates Maintain the office, including stationery supplies, meeting room bookings, and answering hotline calls Personal Support for Founders: Manage personal tasks, including home administration, travel arrangements, and medical appointments. Handle other personal errands as required.
