You’ll use your existing account management experience to develop and implement a customer strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to take the lead on building business proposals that secure new contracts and long-term customer relationships, and you’ll help embed a commercial, client-service-focused approach to all our processes and activities. You’ll need to be comfortable working in an office-based role, 5 days a week in Fife (commutable from Edinburgh), and you will be part of a large, properly resourced team. Facing the major UK multiple retailers, the role will require you to work closely with the operations, our customers, and maintain close links with European colleagues.
