Hours: This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, working 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary of £22,383.

Main duties of the job
As our new Social Care Support Worker, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:
* Provide outstanding quality based care to all patients
* Assist patients with daily activities - respecting individual needs, dignity and privacy
* Assist patients with nutritional requirements
* Deliver healthcare under the supervision of a qualified nurse, and assist with the delivery of care plans

Person Specification
Our new Social Care Support Worker will:
* Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
* Have a non-judgemental and compassionate approach
* Be able to build relationships with patients, and communicate with a range of patients and staff members
