This role is based in Antrim office - Monday - Friday - (Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm, and Fri 8am - 1:30pm)
Permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual.
Salary: £25,600 + Bonus & Progression Opportunities other Additional Benefits (Top Company) + Fantastic work benefits and Environment, rising to £26,000 after probation.
Responsibilities
* Supporting engineers in sourcing suppliers and managing purchasing activities.
* Liaising with suppliers.
* Liaising with clients.
* Data input and processing.
* Uphold Data Protection Policies.
* Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business.
The Ideal Person
* 1 year's previous purchasing or administration experience within a busy office environment.
* A strong understanding of purchasing processes, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and managing purchase orders.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with purchasing software or ERP systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
