As Facilities Coordinator you will deliver the mission of The Salvation Army by the effective and efficient maintenance of buildings and facilities on the estate to the required standard and in compliance with all current Government legislation, and coordinate day to day operations of the estate in accordance with The Salvation Army's Safe Mission policy.
* Knowledge of health and safety requirements relevant to building maintenance, COSHH and environmental health.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, the ability to prioritise work and be able to respond to tight deadlines.
* Demonstrable experience of successfully managing employees to deliver objectives, developing and training staff and actioning performance management.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
