We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team of a well stablished organisation in the Durham area, offering a temporary contract and great opportunity to expand your administrative experience. Project Coordinator Monday to Friday £13.50-14ph Durham Temporary - 12 weeks As a Project Coordinator, you will be expected to: Establish and maintain monitoring and financial record-keeping systems for funded projects Coordinate the gathering of information from procured sub-contractors, ensuring appropriate records are up to date and accurate Organise meetings of project management groups and provide information on the financial and performance aspects of projects and programmes liaising with sub-contractors Prepare quarterly and end of year grant claims, liaising with officers in funding and programme teams. Place orders for any necessary expenditure as required for projects in accordance with local authority systems Assist in the researching, planning and implementation on services Provide administrative and related support To be successful for this Project Coordinator role, you will need: Experience in financial and administrative systems Experience dealing with different stakeholders, bot internally and externally Good knowledge of Excel.
