About the role:
The Ramsey Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Year to lead the academic and personal development of our students. The post will require the successful candidate to lead one of our five year groups and work closely with parents to ensure that students are able to reach their full potential.
The role will involve leading a group of tutors, working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and other Heads of Year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher with vision and ambition to help shape the future success of the Academy. It is anticipated the post will provide the successful candidate with an excellent platform from which to move on to a senior leadership post if desired.
