Exmouth Community College is looking for a dedicated and supportive individual to join our Pastoral and Inclusion Team as an Assistant Head of House. If you’re passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you!
As the Assistant Head of House, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Head of House to ensure every student in your House is given the guidance and care they need to thrive. You will work closely with both students and staff, acting as a key link between students, parents/carers, and teachers. You’ll help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally, providing the support they need to succeed both at school and in life beyond.
In this role, you’ll help students with their attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and overall wellbeing, ensuring that they have all the tools they need to succeed at school and beyond. Whether you’re managing pastoral concerns, mentoring students, or working with our Inclusion Team, you’ll be making a real difference in students’ lives.
If you share our commitment to supporting students to flourish through Belonging, Ambition, and Responsibility we’d be delighted to hear from you.
