What you’ll be doing Your role may include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks: Take a lead role in building out a Talent Database, including ensuring appropriate controls are in place around sourcing, housing and sharing data to support global talent reviews and management programs. Take a lead role in the introduction and completion of key data points on UKG, to help the business with talent-based decision making. Support the talent review program including gathering and dispersing any actions for the business, HR operation and talent teams, and ensuring these actions are executed. Assist in the roll out of a clear and well communicated end to end performance management process, including goal setting, check ins and end of year process. Coordinate the professional qualification program for the business, including any process steps with external vendors and specialists. Support wider talent leadership to ensure activities align across the talent teams and with Gen II values and behaviours. Assist in the management of the talent development budget making sure appropriate approvals are in place for all items before they are signed off. Projects Support talent team planning, driving execution through Monday.com. Suggest and follow ongoing improvements in the talent space in the pursuit of efficiency. Support and participate in ad hoc projects which aim to improve the activities in the P&I function. Process and control Ensure all work is undertaken in compliance with process and procedure, relevant regulatory requirements, and that sensitive data is shared in accordance with data protection requirements. Manage data to support production of agreed KPIs. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulation and market best practices JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION Bachelors’ degree or similar level qualification 2-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources, or as a people growth minded individual within a fund administration operations team. Advanced in Microsoft Excel, proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Have taken a lead role for a team in implementing a system or database.
