CRO Lead Blackpool (3 Days a Week On-Site) Up to £40,000 THE COMPANY An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading luxury jewellery company as a CRO Lead. This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about user experience, data-driven decision-making, and conversion rate optimization. THE ROLE As the CRO Lead, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights and testing methodologies to enhance digital experiences and drive conversion rates. Your key responsibilities include: Analyzing trends, user behavior, and website performance to identify optimization opportunities. Leading A/B testing and experimentation strategies to refine user journeys and maximize engagement. Utilizing CRO tools such as Content Square to extract insights and drive data-backed decisions. Collaborating closely with the design and development teams to implement CRO strategies effectively. Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business strategies and digital enhancements. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To excel in this role, you should have: Experience with CRO tools (such as Content Square, Hotjar, Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar platforms). Proven experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies. Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication skills - capable of presenting findings and influencing stakeholders. Collaboration mindset - ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and marketers to implement CRO initiatives. THE BENEFITS Competitive salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience).
