What you will do:
1. Be a Subject Matter Expert in the Bank’s Financial Crime Software, NetReveal.
2. Through in-depth analysis ensure that our solution, NetReveal, is effectively managing the Bank’s money laundering & terrorist financing risks across Customer Screening, Payment Screening & Transaction Monitoring, continually reviewing performance & making recommendations for updating rules and thresholds as required.
3. Support the Financial Crime Systems Manager in ensuring the correct balance between operational efficiency and risk appetite.
4. Obtain feedback from colleagues and external stakeholders to optimise performance of NetReveal.
5. Deal with bump ups for NetReveal technical issues raised by colleagues and work with key stakeholders to recommend appropriate action/activity.
6. Respond to general AML/CTF business enquiries from the AML Specialists and Investigators.
7. Develop a suite of weekly & monthly MI required to manage activity across the team & demonstrate effective screening and monitoring.

What you will need:
1. Experience in the configuration of an AML or sanctions screening system or experience in a financial crime role across two or more disciplines including working with Net Reveal.
