Account Manager roles at different levels on offer.
Package: £35k - £40k base + £5k Car Allowance Year 1 £50-70k OTE uncapped,
Year 2 £80-100k OTE
Remote position but must live on/near patch, covering Bristol, South Wales and Devon region.
Career Progression to National Sales Management and £100k OTE within a 2/3 year timeframe.

Our client is a European market leader within the Food & Beverages solutions sector.
Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting for high-achieving Account Manager / Client Services Executives.
This role will involve a 75/25 split of Account Management vs New Business, with up to 10 face-to-face client meetings weekly and as many Teams meetings on days working from home.
Manage 60-80 existing accounts across completely different sectors where every day is different.
A fast-paced working environment requires strong organisational skills and time management.
Customer-centric approach supporting clients by building internal relationships with Operations and Customer Services to deliver on promises.
Excellent communication skills are essential; candidates should be personable, engaging, and professional.
Good commercial acumen is necessary, with key objectives being:
1. Retain and grow existing clients.
2. Grow the size of accounts – cross-selling and optimizing.
3. Renew contracts and tap into the wider product portfolio.
4. Consistent delivery of the highest level of service and solutions.
Ideal Experience:
1. Experienced in B2B sales, within either a Sales or Account Management role.
2. A high-achieving salesperson with a history of hitting and overachieving on targets/KPIs.
3. Accustomed to a high volume of client calls/meetings and highly self-motivated to meet stretching targets.
4. Experience in putting together a clear business plan to identify the right clients to focus on each period is important, especially given the large volume of clients.
5. A naturally consultative and collaborative relationship builder.
6. Strategic, innovative, self-motivated, with a tenacious and upbeat attitude.
