Role Overview: As the Performance Marketing Manager for Google & Meta, you’ll be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of Oh Polly's digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll work closely with our creative, analytics, and content teams to ensure our campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and results-focused. We are seeking a strategic Performance Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing initiatives across key paid channels. This role is pivotal in accelerating our growth in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce space, with a specific focus on the US and UK markets. You will have a robust background in performance marketing, particularly within the fashion industry, and a proven track record of managing teams and driving successful campaigns across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs. Collaborate closely with graphic design, brand, and wider marketing teams to ensure creative assets are best-performing and aligned with brand standards Develop audience segments and implement retargeting strategies to maximise user engagement and conversion. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for different audience segments. Utilise data analytics to assess campaign performance, generate insights, and make real-time adjustments. Conduct A/B tests for ad creative, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on Google and Meta advertising policies, trends, and best practices. Manage and report on campaign budgets and performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for a D2C brand. Proven track record of managing significant budgets and achieving KPIs Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and/or Meta certifications. Experience with fashion, retail, or eCommerce industries. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tracking technologies (Shopify, Google Tag Manager, etc.). What's on offer?
