Sales Operational Senior Manager This job is for someone who thrives in developing strategic contacts and relationships in a complex environment using the data trends to identify improvements and change across the business. A bit about the job: In this role you will be responsible for operational effectiveness across the Broker Development community to deliver customer service outcomes and enable achievement of current and longer-term strategic plans. To achieve this you will be working alongside Heads of Broker Development and the Sales & Distribution leadership team, with matrix alignment to COO teams to ensure consistency of process, performance and delivery. You will also lead on people planning and operational performance, together with continuous improvement, change & process delivery and embedment.
