Summary of the job: We are seeking a dedicated team member to manage shifts, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity, while promoting a customer-centric view. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of health and safety and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving performance KPI's, managing labour planning, and leading a team to maximize operational efficiency and productivity. The role requires excellent communication skills, a logical approach to decision-making, and a customer-centric mindset.
