The Role - Catering Manager
The Catering Manager is responsible for:
* Making sandwiches and wraps, cooking, banking cakes, making buffets when needed
* Labelling products
* Filling food vending machines at 2 sites (must have own transport)
* Ordering/purchasing all stock (including Cash & Carry visit)
* Managing kitchen to Food Safety/Health & Hygiene standard
* Stock rotation/levels
* Keeping kitchen clean and sanitary at all times
* Working with customers
About You
As their Catering Manager you will need:
* Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar with experience of managing a busy kitchen including food prep / cooking, managing stock/ordering, keeping it up to a hygiene rating of 5
* Eye for detail
* Reliability and good timekeeping
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the shift

Hours
* Monday to Friday 6am to 12pm
