Have you worked in manufacturing, engineering or technical support in a school/university? Join our growing Design, Technology and Composites team, supporting 16-18 students and apprentices. You don’t need a teaching qualification, but you do need to be organised, positive and enthusiastic.
Due to our outstanding reputation and growth, we have a new opening to join our team of 4 engineers training and supporting students within Design, Technology and Composites.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working in a highly motivated teaching team, covering BTEC and EAL Level 2 and 3 qualifications to full time students and apprentices.
* Maintaining the composite and advanced materials areas, including basic electrics.
* Supporting teaching staff.
* Helping the team develop resources.
* Ordering stock and keeping practical areas nice and tidy.
What we’re looking for; someone who’s:
* Worked in engineering/manufacturing or as a technical support facilitator at a school or university.
* Passionate about ensuring students get brilliant training and support.
* Positive, with a can-do approach to work.
