The Plant Manager at this thriving facility is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Quality Manager to elevate standards and ensure products meet the highest quality benchmarks.
As Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of a commitment to excellence and will: -
Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement a quality strategy that drives continuous improvement, reduces waste, and enhances product quality.
Train and empower a team of three to embrace robust quality control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
Work closely with the operations team to resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance and reducing non-conformance.
Foster a culture of collaboration and trust across the manufacturing team, participating in leadership meetings and driving change initiatives.
Utilise data to refine quality strategies and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, while managing the quality and lab budget.
Resolve supplier issues, track performance metrics, and investigate customer complaints to implement corrective actions.
The successful Quality Manager will: -
Gained their quality experience within a manufacturing environment.
Have strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to influence within a complex business landscape.
Be an excellent communicator who can build excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
