We are recruiting an Admissions Executive to join the team at Horizon International School for an immediate start.
The Admissions Executive is a key commercial position with overall accountability for achieving the school’s enrolment objectives. Horizon International School, Dubai, is an established, thriving community that follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and the National Curriculum of England in Primary and Secondary. Students take a combination of IGCSE and GCSE at the end of Key Stage 4, leading into ‘A’ Levels thereafter. Since our doors opened in September 2008, the school community has rapidly grown, and we now have approximately 1400 students with ages ranging from 3 to 18 from over 92 different countries. The school has been on a significant journey to excellence which has been identified in our most recent inspections. The school is now rated as Very Good with the KHDA and Outstanding with BSO.
This position is key to forging strong, lasting relationships with both prospective and existing families, enhancing the enrolment experience. The role requires a highly proactive individual with a proven track record of sales experience and exceptional customer service. The individual will use their skill set to showcase the school to prospective parents and ensuring that the school’s admissions and enrolments activity meets regulatory requirements. We are searching for a proactive individual who will ideally have a combination of sales and administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
* Promptly address inquiries via phone and email, strictly following our service level agreements. Each interaction is an opportunity to underscore the unique benefits of our schools, in alignment with Cognita's RES standards
* Collaborate with the Head of Admissions to monitor, assess, and enhance admissions pipeline management strategies, aiming to boost enrolment figures
* Develop meaningful relationships with prospective families, guiding them with transparency and compassion through their decision-making process, and ensuring a seamless alignment with Cognita Middle East’s purpose and values
* Conduct and process school tours and assessments. Following up with prospective parents afterwards.
* Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling, email communications and other admissions procedures
* Leverage the knowledge gained from in-depth training to have impactful conversations with families, highlighting how our educational environment can meet their aspirations.
* Ensure that the parent journey from enquiry to enrolment exceeds conversion targets and delivers exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
* Facilitate a smooth connection between families and our dedicated on-site parent experience teams, coordinating school visits and student assessments to showcase our commitment to excellence
* Ensure continuous, proactive communication with families via email and phone, offering guidance and support at every stage of their admissions journey, reflecting our dedicationto outstanding customer service
* Efficiently manage and resolve enquiries and concerns, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in customer service and adherence to Cognita's RES Global Standards.
* Keep our CRM system meticulously updated, ensuring effective pipeline management. With every interaction, maintaining a thorough and comprehensive record that supports personalised and effective communication
* Engage actively in school tour, events and open days, playing a crucial role in presenting the vibrant and diverse community of our school, thereby enriching the prospective families' experience
* Work closely with the compliance team to ensure full completion and accurate KHDA registrations
* Manage the data and document collection process including accurate recording
Skills:
* A proven background in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, and Customer Service.
* Experience with CRM software, alongside a keen ability to navigate and leverage various administrative platforms.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a proficiency in the English language.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach, capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, embodying sensitivity, tact, and confidentiality.
* A strong alignment with Cognita's vision and values, promoting them passionately within and beyond our school walls.
