Job Title: IT Business Analyst - Chelmsford - £50K

My client is a reputable business spanning 160 years with a reputation for constant evolution, visionary performance, technical advances, and design triumphs. With over 700 lawyers across their 6 UK offices, they have been recently ranked in the top 5 UK Law Firms to work for in 2024 and are now looking to add an IT Business Analyst to their expanding team.
You will have the opportunity to work on the business's most exciting implementations and use some of the latest technology on the market. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will have a clear career progression to help fast-track your career whilst being supported by senior members of the team. You will be the 'go-to' business analysis and ensure that all IT projects are designed, run, and managed to time and budget.
Responsibilities
* Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
* Utilize data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making processes during the scoping of projects.
* Directly work within the product delivery team to ensure robust Agile project management/delivery.
* Collaborate with the Test Lead to perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage during project implementation.
* Determine and develop user requirements for systems and projects to ensure maximum usability.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a Business Analyst at Level 4 qualification.
* 2+ years of Business Analyst experience.
* Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
* Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio or similar.
