Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Support the team with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Setting up new Customer Contracts.
* Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
* Invoicing using our in-house system.
* Any social media knowledge would be an advantage.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Familiarity with Sage is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A keen attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
Work Schedule
Days of Work: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
