Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + OTE

Our client, an established provider of material handling equipment and solutions, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team based in their Banbury office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing significant growth in the retail industry.
The Role: Based from their modern offices in Banbury, you'll be part of a team of sales professionals, growing your own portfolio of key accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and develop your own portfolio of strategic accounts
2. Help create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
3. Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven sales management experience, ideally within material handling or related industrial sectors
2. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
4. Strong presentation and communication abilities
5. Full UK driving licence essential
