What your typical day looks like: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Manage case documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Lead or support consultations, promoting open communication and fair outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and best practices. Identify and escalate high-risk cases, recommending resolution strategies. Maintain professional, values-aligned correspondence in line with policies and legislation. To be a successful Employee Relations Advisor, you will need: A relevant professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5, or at least level 3, but already working towards level 5) Strong ER generalist experience (Ideally a min of 2 years) Experience of reviewing & creating policies and procedures Previous HR experience within the healthcare sector is desirable Right to work in the UK.
