Position Summary:
AXA Group Operations initiates the One Network Program within its Network Product Department to tackle digital transformation, enhance user connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks. Within the Network Product Department, the Data Center & Cloud product line is responsible for AXA's Data Center and CLOUD Network infrastructure, including routers, switches, load balancers, Internet access, DC interconnection backbone, DWDM, and Cloud network environments (AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE, Intercloud).
Data Center & Cloud Network engineers are tasked with designing, engineering, delivering, and supporting these products and services, which strongly contribute to the One Network program initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Network Product Engineer is responsible for defining, advertising, and ensuring the delivery of sustainable, robust, and secured solutions. In close collaboration with Group Security, the CTO, and the One Network Program, the Network Product Engineer will propose solutions at the right cost and bring business value to support corporate and lines of business strategies.
* Main activities include:
o Contributing to and supporting medium to long-term product evolution and continuous product improvement.
o Managing the advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for the products in scope.
o Facilitating communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.
o Ensuring QOS delivery and support of solutions.
o Providing high expertise support on products and services.

Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.
Core Activity: The candidate will assist in the rollout to production of the new Data Centers and evacuate the former ones to different landing zones, prepare knowledge transfer and documentation, and deliver L3 support for production.
* Experience in managing Data Center and CLOUD Network technologies, including AWS, AZURE, GOOGLE, INTERCLOUD, Transit Gateway, ACI, Switch Fabric, Load-balancer, and VMWARE NSX-T.
* Knowledge of Network Security products, including SASE, VPN (Cisco, F5), Firewalling (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Algosec), Web gateways (McAfee), Segmentation technologies, identity services, voice, wifi, SDWAN, LAN wired, WAN, and MPLS is appreciated.
Must Have: Network Automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, Python).
* University degree (engineer profile) with +8 years’ experience in the Network Domain in an international and matrix organization.
* Strong understanding of today’s Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, particularly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.
* Established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendors.
* Strives for excellence with deliverables of high quality and the ability to work under tight planning.
