Job summary An exciting opportunity has become available for a Ward Manager post on St Caradog Ward, our Adult Mental Health Acute Admissions Ward in Haverfordwest. The Service strives to provide high quality acute inpatient mental health care to the local population. The post holder will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and adaptability in the face of the day to day clinical, managerial and professional challenges. The successful applicant will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse and must have experience of working in an adult acute in-patient setting. Main duties of the job The day to day clinical leadership and management of the ward. Supporting staff and ensuring exemplary patient care is provided. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
