You will be highly organised, creative and be able to plan and teach engaging and innovative lessons with demonstrated interpersonal skills. Assessing and tracking student progress to further plan intervention will be a vital part of the role to ensure all students develop the skills they need to succeed. Ideally you will have experience of teaching or have delivered training in the workplace although this isn't essential as training will be offered to the successful applicant. You must have a positive mindset, be a team player, be empathetic towards learners and have strong class management skills.
