Trainee Care Supervisor – Chester We’re currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Trainee Care Supervisor to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on care delivery with office-based compliance tasks, giving you valuable experience to develop. You’ll be supporting our customers across Cheshire West and Flintshire, and working alongside a professional and supportive team that values high standards and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity Support, guide, and mentor new care staff to uphold best practices Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and care standards Maintain accurate records including care plans and compliance documentation Work collaboratively with the management team to support day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For: Driving: Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle Availability: Able to commit to alternate weekends Experience: Previous homecare experience, ideally with some responsibility or senior exposure Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a natural ability to guide and support others Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC and or CIW regulations and care quality standards Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, friendly and proactive What We Offer: Pay rate: £25,000 - £27,000 Additional pay for on-call responsibilities Travel reimbursement at 40p per mile £300 Recommend a friend bonus Ongoing training and development opportunities A supportive and friendly working environment If you're an experienced carer ready to take the next step into a more senior role, we’d love to hear from you.
