Responsibilities: Event management and support, including delegate outreach, logistics and on-site management Managing the Investor Relations mailbox Assisting with investor outreach and managing follow up messages Due diligence meeting arrangements and coordination Assistance with LPAC communications, board packs and materials. Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant role, ideally within a private equity firm or placement agent Very strong attention to detail, ability to execute projects and tasks in a time-efficient manner Keen eye for communications, ideally with experience creating email campaigns and HTML invitations Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities Exceptional oral and written communication skills Resourceful, energetic, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Mature and self-confident with presence and credibility Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proactive nature, ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks at once
