This rapidly expanding international law firm continues a growth spurt due to the level of work coming into the firm and is now seeking a senior Office Manager in a brand new role to co-ordinate all aspects of the administrative function within the firm.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director of International Operations, the role would suit a senior person looking to move to a growing law firm, bringing their superb expertise. Main responsibilities include the co-ordination of all admin departments throughout the firm, including facilities, reception/front of house, HR, marketing, and IT, as well as coordinating monthly reporting to the partnership across all practice areas.
Candidates should be degree educated and have at least 8 years of office management experience, preferably in a known City law firm.
