Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thermal Modelling Energy Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thermal modelling and energy assessments for both domestic and non-domestic projects. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thermal modelling and energy assessments using IES, DesignBuilder, and SAP software.Analyse building designs and provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings and suggested measures.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate energy efficiency solutions into building designs.Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Support the development of energy strategies and sustainability plans for various projects.Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on energy-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.Proven experience in thermal modelling and energy assessments for both domestic and non-domestic buildings.Proficiency in IES, DesignBuilder, and SAP software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of current building regulations and energy standards.Professional certifications (e.g., CIBSE, ASHRAE) are a plus.
