Our client is a highly reputable, commercial law firm who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join their team in Manchester.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a diverse caseload, advising a range of clients including landlords, tenants, banks, insolvency practitioners, and developers.
Providing expert advice and representation on a broad spectrum of property litigation matters, including but not limited to:
1. Lease termination and renewals
2. Debt and insolvency
3. Guarantee claims
4. Dilapidations
5. Consents
6. Residential and commercial possession
7. Professional negligence
8. Compulsory purchase
9. Telecoms disputes
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor with experience in acting on commercial property litigation matters, ideally with 1-5 years of PQE.
