We’re looking for a proactive and organised Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our Fundraising team on a 24-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll support the team’s operations, refine processes for greater efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
What it's like to work here
The Corporate Partnerships team works with a range of businesses who support our work to restore nature, end unequal access, and inspire millions. With an already substantial portfolio of partnerships, we have the exciting opportunity to build more connections to help us achieve our goals and deliver to our new ten-year strategy.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This’ll be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you'll be doing
As a member of the Corporate Partnerships team, you'll build relationships by organising events, visits, and communications with partners. You'll manage financial processes and ensure accurate tracking in National Trust systems. Your organisational skills will help plan corporate volunteering activities and create a calendar of engaging events with local teams. You'll also contribute to tailored pitch decks and partnership proposals, collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase our impact, and assist in developing reports and marketing materials that highlight the value of our corporate partnerships.
In this role, you'll manage the Corporate Partnerships inbox, handle enquiries, process donations, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll support research to assess potential partnerships, monitor industry trends, and keep accurate records in Salesforce for data-driven decisions. Additionally, you'll ensure corporate partnership materials are current and align with the team's messaging and National Trust's strategic priorities.
You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached. You don't need to have all the knowledge, skills, and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what’s possible in this role.
