Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a business based in the Sutton area. We are seeking an experienced Office & Admin Manager to take charge of daily office operations. This position requires someone who thrives in a small, dynamic setting where no two days are the same and is willing to be hands-on with the team as needed. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, liaising with suppliers and service providers as necessary. Managing the administration team including performance review. Organise meetings, appointments, and events, including handling travel arrangements when required. Maintain HR records, assist with recruitment, and support new employee onboarding. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as an Office Manager. Experience managing administration staff. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management tools. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
