The Role As the Operations/Services Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their charity’s services run smoothly and effectively. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll oversee the operational aspects of the company, from managing administrative systems to supervising staff and coordinating services. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support project staff, including supervision, development, and appraisals. Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistently applied. Manage HR systems and ensure efficient administration and monitoring processes. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for staff, volunteers, and young women. Coordinate service delivery, including referral systems, quality assurance, and monitoring. Manage the charity’s buildings and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a proactive and experienced leader with a passion for making a difference. About you: Proven track record in operational management within the charity sector. Experience in youth and community work and supporting diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and volunteers. Knowledge of HR systems and experience in managing staff and services. A commitment to equity, inclusion, and young women-centered approaches.
