About the Role
SieMatic UK is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our talented team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, developing innovative marketing strategies, and executing campaigns that captivate our target audience.
This is a dynamic role that encompasses both B2B and B2C responsibilities, offering a small team environment with significant responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and trends, ensuring marketing strategies align with target audience preferences.
* Build strong working relationships with SieMatic showrooms, and consultatively support them with marketing strategies and implementation.
* Capture and curate photos/videos of showrooms and completed projects for use in marketing materials.
* Liaise with influencers and chefs to collaborate on content creation and brand partnerships.
* Utilise trend reports to stay updated on design trends and incorporate relevant content into marketing efforts.
* Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and B2C communication.
* Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content for various print and online campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging.
* Upload and schedule social media content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's messaging and visual guidelines.
* Event Organization and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing events, coordinating logistics, and promoting them to target audiences, including showroom openings, business development events and CPD seminars to architects and interior designers.
* Assist in organising overseas press and design trade trips.
* Create presentations for internal and external use, incorporating compelling visuals and key messaging.
* Develop and design documents, brochures, and marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.
* Update spreadsheets and internal databases to track marketing metrics, lead generation, and dealer performance.
* Provide marketing advice and strategic support to dealers, assisting them with their overall customer journey and improving the overall experience.
* Collaborate with digital agencies to implement and optimize PPC / social media advertising strategies.
* Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Networking and Lead Generation: Develop and nurture relationships with architects, developers, and interior designers through networking events and presentations to generate contract leads.
* Run PR activities though fostering media relations, writing press releases, and hosting media events.
* Market Analysis: Stay up to date with marketing trends and competitor activities, analyse data, and use insights to plan and evaluate marketing campaigns.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
* Proficiency in various marketing facets and promotion techniques.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
* Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience or knowledge of the interiors, architecture, or kitchen industry is desirable.
* Digitally driven with excellent IT skills, including the Adobe suite.
* Skill in amateur photography/videography.
* Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Full UK driving license.
* Demonstrates outstanding time management and organisational measures to complete work on time to the highest standards.
