We have an exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing Experience Education, based in our brilliantly located Brighton offices. This role will be integral to the development and success of the sales department within Experience Education, offering support to our JCA, Travelbound and Skibound Brands. We’re looking for people who pay close attention to detail but are also keen to provide feedback on systems and processes when they can be improved. Experience Education offers tours for students of all ages to anywhere in the world. This role will be pivotal in supporting the business's continued growth while offering exciting opportunities for career development within Experience Education. What you’ll be doing Generating and loading quotes using our bespoke system Producing accurate quotation letters and invoices Assisting with the maintenance of our in-house CRM system Working to agreed KPI targets around quote turnaround and quote accuracy Taking enquiries and answering questions from customers over the phone and via email Working with the broader business to provide feedback on the process and embed tech into the admin process Being agile to support different sales teams during their peak seasons Managing workload to ensure the most pressing roles are completed within agreed timeframes.
