Location: Sale, M33/ Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 from home
Rate/Salary: £40,000

My client is a specialist recruiter within the Professional Services Sector. They have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for various divisions within the company due to growth and expansion. They are a very established and well-regarded business entity.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
* Looking for someone who has personal drive, enthusiasm towards work, personable, and a hunger to do the best they can with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
* Comfortable with new business calls (cold calls), call backs, account management, up selling your and our differing divisions, organising terms over the phone and via email.
* All calls will need to be registered and noted/documented on our in-house CRM system.
* Speaking to clients who have job requirements they would like us to assist with, spending time taking a full and detailed job description, obtaining full information from requirements, team fit, salary, and more.
* Be confident and proactive when booking interviews and/or obtaining feedback from interviews held.
* Write, place, and update adverts in line with company format and procedures.
* Research, identify, and attract candidates using all appropriate methods, creating a short list.
* Monitor responses/applications received and ensure that the candidate’s applications are followed through accurately and efficiently.
* Qualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
* Initiate, manage, and develop candidate and client relationships.
* Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
