Territory Manager Urology
Position Title: Territory Manager - Interventional Urology

Position Summary
The Territory Manager Interventional Urology will be responsible for covering UroLift system cases as required by customers, providing on-site clinical consultation, and other sales activities as determined by the National Sales Manager. This position supports the customer during surgical procedures and is responsible for follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Articulate clinical and technical product knowledge relating to assigned products.
* Educate and train physicians, surgeons, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to UroLift.
* Participate in industry-related training/meetings/events for business development opportunities.
* Maintain current knowledge about assigned products and competitive products.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increased product usage within target accounts.
* Organize and manage information utilizing CRM or related tools as directed.
* Maintain records and administrative duties, including inventory, sales reporting, and expense management.
* Conform with Teleflex Code of Conduct and all local Compliance Standards.
* Work closely with the Account Manager to identify and prioritize customers for corporate relationships.
* Provide support in the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.
Education / Experience Requirements
* 1-3 years of successful medical experience preferred, ideally in medical device product, sales, or service.
* Understanding of treatment algorithms for BPH is advantageous.
* Operating room or therapeutic delivery experience preferred.
* Strong English written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong relationship and consultative selling skills.
* Valid driver’s licence.
