Your new role
As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in supporting SME businesses and their owners with a range of tax matters which could include M&A transactions, complex group reorganisations, and advising on management incentives such as growth shares and EMI. You will also provide family wealth advice, prepare and review tax returns, and liaise with 3rd parties. Your responsibilities will include project management, supporting junior team members, and ensuring records are up-to-date.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be ATT Qualified or ACCA/ACA/ CTA Pqual/ Fully qual with tax experience gained in an accountancy practice.
You will have:
1. Strong technical skills and a desire to learn.
2. The ability to manage projects and key stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. A positive attitude to resolve uncertainties and problems.
5. Understanding of an accounting practice.
6. Ability to review work of junior team members and provide feedback.
