Here at Hays, we are recruiting for a Payroll implementation Project Manager. Our Leeds-based client is looking for a Project Manager to work on a Payroll implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within Payroll/HR projects.
What you will need
1. Experience of delivering an HR/Payroll implementation or optimisation project on an enterprise scale.
2. Previous project management experience working with cross-functional teams across complex programmes.
3. ERP experience within large scale projects.
4. Stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
5. 5 years+ in Project Management.
6. Provide HR/Payroll project management discipline to the definition, planning and delivery in alignment with the wider ERP programme plans.
What you will get in return
This role is paying up to £400.00 per day outside IR35, on a 6-month initial contract. The role is hybrid; you will need to be on site 2 days per week in Leeds (not in the city centre).
