a) Co-ordinate and deliver the day-to-day integrated Career Support service for all staff groups, providing career support and advice for staff and managers referring to specialist support when appropriate
b) Develop and implement a robust strategy to promote healthcare careers and development both internally and externally
c) Lead, Develop and implement opportunities for widening participation and work experience across the trust. To include apprenticeships, Choices College, Princes Trust, T levels.
d) To be the primary links with local underrepresented groups across our local communities, sharing opportunities for healthcare career roles
e) Line manage direct reports including all recruitment, retention, attendance and performance management when required

Evidence of practice development and management of change. Ability to lead and manage a team.
Degree qualification or relevant equivalent experience Previous experience in widening participation role
Experience relevant to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent Stress management or counselling course.
Ability to travel to career events off-site.
