We are an alternative and vintage inspired wholesale shoes and clothing online store, looking to appoint an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our team with the day-to-day running of our online store and wholesale operations. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed smoothly and efficiently while assisting with key admin tasks. If you're ready to take on a new challenge in the world of e-commerce, we'd love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Passing retail orders for picking and working closely with the picking team to ensure all orders are processed efficiently. Preparing retail orders for dispatch. Processing shipping labels for outgoing orders. Monitoring the smooth delivery of parcels and addressing any delays with couriers. Updating stock levels on the website. Removing discontinued items from the website. Assist with visual merchandising on the website Assisting the wholesale team with entering orders on sage50 and other admin work. Processing returns. Help with preparation of samples for sales meetings and photoshoots. The Company Banned Apparel is a leading brand in retro, rockabilly, and alternative fashion. The Person Previous administrative experience. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. An interest in fashion, especially alternative or vintage styles, is a plus.
