About the Role:
As a Financial Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the financial planner with administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our client services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and a drive to develop a successful career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting financial planner with day-to-day administration, including managing client correspondence.
* Maintaining and updating client records using their systems.
* Assisting with the preparation of financial plans.
* Processing new business applications, client reviews, and follow-ups.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop, if you wish, into a paraplanning role writing reports/doing research etc.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in financial administration or trainee/junior paraplanner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (such as XPlan or IO)
* A passion for developing a career in financial planning.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
